		<description>I think that redevelopment is something we will see more and more of (and we certainly need to). In many developed countries now there is so little wilderness left, and yet so many under-utilized places within towns and cities that I think planning committees are going to have to start putting extra pressure on the development of land that has already been cleared, rather than clearing and building on the last few areas of countryside we have left.</description>
