		<description>I agree with the previous comment, not to mention this incentive applies only to NEW cars, as opposed to the more environmentally friendly purchase of a more fuel-efficient USED car (in my humble opinion). We just traded in our 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee for the significantly more fuel efficient Lexus 400h (the &quot;h&quot; stands for hybrid). Unfortunately, we won&#039;t see a dime, as we didn&#039;t purchase a &quot;new&quot; car. What happened to reduce, recycle, REUSE?</description>

I think that way to many Americans have and buy new cars all the time. each of those cars is then another pile of junk.
